Covid-19 Fear?

While I am a one-woman show, I am fully vaccinated and wear gloves, along with sanitizing everything with at least 70% Isopropyl Alcohol to make sure it is all clean and clear to process my products. When having my grandchildren, everything is resanitized and ready to go again.

Is there an email I can get a hold of someone?

Can I get free shipping?

Absolutely. For orders over $100 (before taxes), you can get free shipping. Anything under that is a flat fee of $10.00, that is not including taxes.

Are your products ALL natural?

Yes, they are all-natural. The wrapping is even sustainable kraft brown paper so we can continue helping Earth the best way we can for the future of our children.

How do I make my soap last?

To make your soap last, especially with handmade/homemade soaps, be sure to keep it in a place where there is airflow to dry in-between usage. You can also use a draining soap dish to prolong the soap.

Can these natural soap bars help with certain ailments?

I am not a medical or healthcare professional. I can only answer with my experiences and those loved ones around me that if you do your thorough search with the carrier/essential oils used there are some benefits for your skin. My advice is that you input each oil I have used and essential oils and do your own research on their benefits. I do not make any claims that my products may have a positive effect on any and all pre-existing physical/skin and/or mental health conditions in any way, shape, or form. I just urge you all to use your sound mind and look everything up before purchasing the product.

Can you remake the same batches with the same exact designs?

Each batch is made in small batches, so the same design is hard to duplicate, but I do try my hardest. The batches are made small to make sure that it receives attention to the highest quality of ingredients since they are all cold process method; however, they will vary slightly in size, shape, and weight, but not in therapeutic properties.

Do you use any chemicals at all?

Scented with only essential oils, flavored with only the purest flavored oils, and colored with just all naturals products such as clays, seeds, and pureed vegetables, it is completely free of animal cruelty, harmful chemicals, parabens, sodium laurel sulfate, phthalate, petroleum by-products, and any artificial coloring or preservatives.

Can you custom-make a batch, if ordered?

Absolutely. Anything for my wonderful Naturals brand wonderer who is looking for ways to make sure that their natural routine involves unscented and/or uncolored, specific oils and/or milks. The funds would have to be paid first for the specific custom-made order and it will take approximately four to six weeks of curing time before sending it out.

Shipping:

We charge a standard shipping rate of $10.00 for all US orders under $100. Any orders over $100, not including taxes, will get free shipping. International shipping is not available at this time due to the huge increase. I solely and wholeheartedly believe that there are so many international soapers, that I request you look for one within your territory and help your local small business. But I thank you so much for trying to support this small business.

Shipping the order after payment:

We make every effort to make sure to ship the orders within two to three business days. Please know that business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays. If you make an order on Friday after 2 pm Pacific Time, Saturday, and/or Sunday, it will be started on Monday to Tuesday to ship out on a Wednesday (unless it falls on a holiday, which we are closed on all holidays).

Cancellation Policy:

We can not cancel a shipment once the shipping label has been made. Please make sure that you read everything including ingredients prior to ordering as we are not responsible for items once shipped because you had irritation of an ingredient.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of natural skin care products, refunds/exchanges are only accepted on unused and unopened products within 5 days of receiving the items; however, you will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping fee. Please contact us for refund-related products.
