How long does my order take to ship?

We make every effort to make sure to ship the orders within two to three business days. Please know that business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays. If you make an order on Friday after 2 pm Pacific Time, Saturday, and/or Sunday, it will be started on Monday to Tuesday to ship out on Wednesday (unless it falls on a holiday, which we are closed on all holidays).

Do you offer international shipping? 

International shipping is not available at this time due to the huge increase. I solely and wholeheartedly believe that there are so many wonderful international soapers, that I request you look for one within your territory and help your local small business. But I thank you so much for trying to support this small business.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of the natural skin care products and Covid, refunds/exchanges are not accepted. Once the tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to the order. If the shipping address is given incorrectly, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for new shipping costs. Please read the ingredients provided for each product before submitting a purchase/checkout.
